It is completely normal for a balm or salve to be softer in the summer and firmer in the winter. 

If melted or frozen, bring to room temperature and stir. The texture may slightly change but the nourishing benefits of the balm will not be diminished.

All orders are typically shipped within 1 day (Monday – Saturday) except holidays. You will receive email confirmation once your order is shipped.
